A restroom failure is not something you can schedule around. A restaurant with no working restroom cannot serve. An office building with a failed lift station sends everyone home. A job site without facilities stops being a legal job site.
We get called for burst supply lines, septic and lift station failures, sewer backups that close a kitchen, storm and hurricane recovery when the water is off for days rather than hours, renovations that take the only restroom in the building out of service, and events that lose their facilities the morning of.
Whatever caused it, the people using the replacement are your staff, your tenants, your customers or your inspectors, and they will be using it every day until the repair is done.
So we bring a real restroom: air conditioning, flushing porcelain toilets, stainless steel sinks with running water, and lighting inside and out. Four private stalls across separate men's and women's sides handle a busy site without a queue, and every trailer is deep cleaned and restocked before it leaves us.
It does not need your plumbing, which matters most when your plumbing is exactly what failed. The trailer carries its own 200-gallon fresh water tank and its own waste tank, so it never touches your sewer or supply line. All it needs is one standard 20-amp outlet, or a whisper-quiet generator we bring, plus a level area roughly 25 feet by 10 feet with clearance for a one-ton pickup to back in.
Our yard is in Stuart, so Martin County gets our shortest delivery. Call or text and we will tell you honestly what we can do today rather than promise a number we cannot hit. If the repair is going to run long, we rent by the week and by the month.
