The real reason most hosts call us has nothing to do with luxury. It is that fifty or a hundred guests means a constant stream of people through the house, past the bedrooms, and into the one bathroom that was never meant to handle it. A trailer in the driveway or on the side lawn keeps the party outside, keeps your home yours, and spares your plumbing a night it will not enjoy.

The trailer is fully self-contained, with onboard fresh water and waste tanks, so we do not tie into your house plumbing or septic. It runs on one standard 20-amp outlet, or a whisper-quiet generator we bring, and it needs a level spot about 25 feet by 10 feet with room for a one-ton pickup to back in. Driveways, side yards and flat lawns all work, and the exterior is clean and modern enough that it will not be the thing your neighbours ask about.

Inside are four private stalls across separate men's and women's sides, comfortable for up to 225 guests, with flushing porcelain toilets, stainless steel sinks with running water, full-size mirrors and LED lighting for after dark. Everything is deep cleaned and fully stocked before it arrives.
